How the Pass Guarantee Works

The LCSW Vibes Pass Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind as you prepare for the California Law & Ethics Examination. We believe in the quality of our course content and your ability to succeed when you put in the work.

Complete the Course

Work through all 6 modules and complete every lesson in the course curriculum.

Pass the Checkpoints

Score 70% or higher on all 6 module checkpoint quizzes.

Take Both Practice Exams

Complete both 75-question practice exams and score 75% or higher on at least one.

Study the Question Bank

Complete at least 30 questions from the advanced Question Bank study tool.

If You Don't Pass

If you complete all the requirements above and do not pass the California Law & Ethics Examination on your first attempt, LCSW Vibes will provide:

  • Extended access to the full course for an additional 6 months at no charge.
  • A personalized study plan based on your diagnostic results and exam performance.
  • Access to any new questions or content added during the extension period.
  • One complimentary 30-minute coaching session to review your study strategy.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Pass Guarantee, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

    Course Completion

    Complete 100% of all lessons across all 6 modules. Progress is tracked through your student account.

  2. 2

    Quiz Performance

    Score 70% or higher on all 6 module checkpoint quizzes. You may retake quizzes to meet this threshold.

  3. 3

    Practice Exam Completion

    Complete both Practice Exam 1 and Practice Exam 2 in full (all 75 questions each). Score 75% or higher on at least one exam.

  4. 4

    Question Bank Study

    Answer at least 30 questions from the Question Bank, including at least 10 clinical vignette-level questions.

  5. 5

    Exam Attempt Timeline

    Take the official BBS California Law & Ethics Examination within 60 days of completing the course requirements.

  6. 6

    Proof of Exam Result

    Provide documentation of your exam result (official BBS notification) within 14 days of receiving your score.

  7. 7

    Good Faith Effort

    The guarantee applies to your first exam attempt after completing the course. Subsequent attempts are not covered under the initial guarantee.

  • • This guarantee covers the California Law & Ethics Examination administered by the BBS, not the ASWB Clinical Examination.
  • • The guarantee does not cover exam registration fees, which are the responsibility of the student.
  • • LCSW Vibes reserves the right to verify course completion data through the student's account activity.
  • • The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the individual who completed the course.
  • • This guarantee is subject to change. The terms in effect at the time of your course enrollment will apply.
  • • This course is for educational purposes and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the California BBS or ASWB.
